Chemwash COVID-19 Safe Working Practices

Our business is now contactless, this means no face-to-face contact with customers or colleagues.

To help this work we have introduced new best practices to our business such as:

• Paperless business practices – no quotes/ invoices etc. to be posted, no letterbox drops;
• No knocking on customers doors to say hello or goodbye, use the phone instead or wave through the window;
• Wash hands before arriving and when leaving a customer’s property – wear gloves when on site and dispose of when leaving the site;
• Ask suppliers to courier items instead of picking them up;
• High cleaning / sanitising regimes in our offices;
• Reduced office hours to avoid contact between departments;
• Personal contact log for staff;
• Sign-in COVID-19 register for our offices;
• Working alone, when possible, when not possible travelling in separate vehicles and staying 2 metres apart;
• Office staff to work from home, if possible.
