Have been a client of Chemwash for approximately 30 years. They always do an outstanding job and I feel like I have a new house freshly painted every time they come. After months of struggling unsuccessfully to clean the moss, mould and dirt on the outside of our house with spray-on applications and waterblasting, I called Chemwash. Within 24 hours the house went from looking as if it needed a good coat of paint to looking as if it had just had one. We were thrilled with the result. But the best thing was that Chemwash turned up when they said they would, and did the job at the price they quoted. I would thoroughly recommend Chemwash to anyone.

Chemwash provided a house washing service for my investment property and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their clean was incredibly thorough and they were able to remove all the built-up grime and dirt from the exterior of the house. We have had Chemwash wash our house once a year for many years now. All care is taken when cleaning or spraying around our plants and large fishpond, and we have never had any complaints with flaking paint or strong chemicals. We have always had prompt response to our phone calls and a reminder call before turning up, and Chemwash has always been on time. We have a large house, which is not a five minute job, but have always been happy with the time they have taken and the price either quoted for extra jobs or for just cleaning the house. Happy to have Chemwash every time as we know what to expect with service and quality.

Chemwash Hamilton are great, they turn up when they are meant to, and did a great job of washing the house. The boys were friendly and accommodating of my requests, and after the spider spray, the house remained cobweb free all year until the next house wash. Highly recommend!

Communication with Chemwash was excellent right from the outset to the completion of the job. The operator carrying out the cleaning of the two houses, two garages & carport was very approachable, efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Until I saw the sign written vehicle, I was unaware that Chemwash also take care of driveways and paths. I asked the operator if I was to check with his office, we have time to do this. He was most obliging and I then received an email to say that on this occasion, the additional work was complementary!

I recently had a roof treatment and the gutters cleaned of debris at my property, surprising just how much they needed cleaning. The office staff were very friendly and the 2 men from Chemwash did a brilliant job thank you. I will not hesitate to use Chemwash Rotorua again next season.

I found Chemwash to be professional in every way, with excellent communication and a brilliant service. I had a high commercial building cleaned and it came up like brand new. I was impressed with the chap who did the wash, as he taped up all electronic keypads on the building to avoid water ingress, and he explained how he would deal with the green algae around the external heat pump machines. All debris off the building was washed away so driveways were left clean too. They are now spider-proofing so cobwebs which accumulate dust do not return. Well worth getting done to keep a building well maintained. Chemwash take pride in their work, and I would definitely use again.

You could definitely see the difference after they had finished, the entrance is now an inviting space for our existing and new members. Quick to respond when asking for the quote, quick to respond when the quote was confirmed. A scheduled time to action the service was timely, communication throughout the process was efficient and effective and following up with a thank you for choosing their service was a nice touch.

Had Chemwash clean my house and do my annual pest control spray (cockroaches, ants and spiders). Very fast responding to my query, on time for the job. They are communicative, and I have not seen any critters, which is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
